Ekphrastic Poetry Reading at YWCA Women Artists Show (July 24)

Join YWCA Mahoning Valley & Lit Youngstown for a night of poetry and art! Lit Youngstown poets were invited to respond to 2D and 3D artworks that were accepted into The YWCA Women Artists Show. Poets were given images of photography, drawing and painting, sculpture and other media as inspiration. A reading of their work will be held July 24 at the YWCA Mahoning Valley (25 West Rayen Avenue) at 6:00pm.

The free live reading will feature poems by many talented area and regional poets, including Bonita Bielski, Colleen Rowland, Diane Kendig, Dianne Borsenik, Elizabeth Coss, Jeanne Bryner, John Stickney, Kacie Kasper, Kate Caraballo, Kathryn Lee Hamilton, Kerry Trautman, Logan Burrows, Novella Rogers, Paula Jeffery, QuaToyia Christele, S. Crust, Sujata Lakhe, Sydney Stalnecker, Tammie Memmer-Prentiss, Terri McCord, Tracy McQuillan & Victoria Brayer.
