Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Lit Youngstown! Our organization wouldn’t run without great volunteers.

Each year we seek support planning and executing events, fundraising, grant writing, and much more. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please let us know what most interests you:

Every Fall, Spring, and Summer semester, we hire a student intern to work with the Lit Youngstown staff on current projects. Previous interns have helped plan and execute events; attended board meetings; helped write grants, press releases and other documents; developed community surveys; researched and designed outreach programs, and more.

Talk with the internship coordinator at your college or university.
