Winter Writing Camp will be Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 9:30am-3:00pm at St. John's Episcopal Church and the main library. Registration is now closed. No walk-ins, please.
This year's Winter Writing Camp will include
Dedicated sessions for children, middle schoolers and teens
Lunch and an afternoon cookie table
An interactive performance by singer-songwriter Jon Locketti
A tour of the newly renovated (gorgeous!) public library that includes special resources for writing projects
An open mic for those who would like to share a poem or story
Session choices on several topics, such as submitting poems and stories for publication, writing poems from life stories, and flash fiction writing
This fun, informal and free event is for writers of all experience levels, ages 5 and up. Registration includes lunch.
