This workshop is designed for adults navigating recovery as well as family members impacted by a loved one's recovery journey.
This six week workshop will meet in-person Tuesday evenings at 6pm (Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27 and Nov. 3, and 10) at LOOP Arts & Culture Center (805 Mahoning Avenue). This workshop is free and open to the public but registration is required. The registration form can be found here. No walk-ins please.
Session leader, Russ Brickey, holds a Bachelor's in English from the University of Oregon, an MFA in Creative Writing (poetry) as well as a PhD. in English Literature from Purdue. He has been a college instructor (University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Youngstown State University) for 22 years. In addition to three poetry anthologies (Spuyten Duyvil Press, Wild Leaf Press, Kelsay Books) he has been published widely in journalism, academia, and speculative fiction under the pen-name “Eddins Sinclair."
