Jeanne Bryner, RN, BA, CEN, is a graduate of Trumbull Memorial’s School of Nursing and Kent State University’s Honors College. She has received writing fellowships from Buckness University, the Ohio Arts Council and Vermont Studio Center. She has a new play, Foxglove Canyon.
Karen Kotrba is the author of She Who is Like a Mare (Bottom Dog Press), poems of Mary Breckenridge and the Frontier Nursing Service. She has taught writing for 25 years at Baldwin-Wallace College, Kent State East Liverpool, Kent State Trumbull, and Youngstown State University.
Sherri Saines is a librarian, mother, eighteenth-century reenactor, dancer and poet. She has been reading, writing, memorizing, and performing poetry since her grandmother gave her A Golden Book of Poetry for her 6th birthday. She has been published in Pig Iron, Allegheny Magazine, Mothering Magazine, Muse, Clover, Penguin Review and other small press publications. Her poems have been anthologized in The Ides of March (2012) and Everything Stops and Listens. Her non-literary husband, Steve, is her best critic and greatest support.
